Forbes Solicitors were investing in a brand new website and a full new brand identity, and needed professional headshots for the whole team to sit within it.
Rifkin & Livesey developed a consistent headshot style that suited the new site and brand — and, just as importantly, one that is simple to repeat, so any new team member can be photographed later and slot straight into the same look.
The Brief
With a new website and new branding in build, Forbes Solicitors wanted headshots for the entire team that felt part of that identity: clean, professional and consistent across everyone, rather than a mix of different styles gathered over time.
For a firm this size, that consistency matters. The team needed to look like one firm, photographed to one standard, right across the new website.
Developing a Repeatable Style
Working with Forbes, I developed a headshot style built around consistency: the same lighting, background, framing and crop for every person. Whoever steps in front of the camera, the resulting portrait matches the rest of the team.
Just as important, the setup was standardised so it can be reproduced exactly — not only on the day, but any time the firm needs more portraits.
Built to Grow With the Team
The real value of a repeatable style shows after the first shoot. Because the look is defined and repeatable, new starters can be photographed later and dropped straight into the team page in exactly the same style — no full reshoot, and no obvious mismatch between established staff and new joiners.
